His son, Santiago Guamaní León is the General Director. He is a graduate in Tour Business Administration from the Universidad Tecnologica Equinoccial Quito 1999. Actually is finishing his master in international Business.

Santiago's studies in Environmental Managing and Tour Projects are helping to support private sustainable projects with native communities in the jungle and at the coast of Ecuador.
